We understand NX proficiency isn’t about tool usage, it’s about modeling strategy, assembly structure, and data management.

Flexible NX Training Options

Sherpa offers multiple options to accommodate the needs of busy engineers. These include group training on-site at your location, live remote training, and online self-paced training with our on-demand learning platform.

Group On-Site Training

Our instructor comes to your location. Groups usually range from 4-12 people over the span of several days. Attendees can get answers to their custom questions in real time, and receive insights into how to improve their company specific processes.

Live Remote Training

We run live online training sessions with our instructor, saving on travel costs and engineer down time during travel. Attending engineers are instructed using screensharing programs like GotoTraining or Teams. This is a great option for distributed teams working in multiple locations. It also means that we can support larger class sizes with a secondary instructor.

  • You’ll need experience with another parametric 3D-based CAD system (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA).

  • You’ll need a large classroom that can accommodate all students. Each student should have a computer, desk, chair, and NX CAD license.

  • Yes. We can offer morning and afternoon sessions, splitting your engineers into two groups. Please note that this will increase the total duration of the training.

  • Yes. We can stay an extra day to visit engineering students on the job and provide feedback on their progress. Please mention this request in the comments section of the interest form.
  • Yes. Our classes are configurable and can focus on the content and topics your business uses most.
  • No. We focus on the NX experience because every Teamcenter environment is different. However, we offer Teamcenter consulting and support for deployment, integration, and upgrades. We can also create custom Teamcenter training tailored to your environment and workflows.
